One thing I did right in 2011

I've flossed my teeth every single day this year. No matter what. Before, I was a floss-sometimes-but-not-every-day person. On January 1, 2011, the one new year's resolution I made was to floss daily. And I have! Even while I was staying with Mom at the hospital, I flossed every day. And now, I cannot imagine going without flossing.

With this success, I'm sure I will accomplish even more in 2012.

Skip tomorrow, just to be rebellious.

No way! I've decided to stop drinking Cokes for 2012. We'll see how long that lasts.

Me, I'd skip a day on purpose just to demonstrate that I *could* have finished the resolution but explicitly chose not to.

But I'm a Libra! Things like that drive me crazy, just like crooked pictures hanging on the wall.

I should add that to my list this year. I have extra teeth in back (I have incomplete sets of what would be three sets of teeth. I'm some kind of futuristic evolutionary being, or part shark, maybe?) Since they are packed together side by side in double rows, they are very hard to floss! But I need to --or get them removed.

I've often thought it would be much more useful if (like sharks) we lost our teeth occasionally and new ones grew in. While we're redesigning anyway, let's also address menstruation....

I stopped drinking soda ages ago, Kate. Its not very hard. The trick is simply not buying the stuff.

I go through phases where I don't drink it. It's pretty easy to give up for me too. I had hot tea for breakfast today, so since I haven't eaten yet, I've had zero calories in 2012.
