I got an email from Trunk Novels this morning. They have closed. I know you're bummed that you don't get to read Weaver's Shroud now, but on the other hand, at least I'll shut up about it.
Nothing else to report, except it snowed half an inch unexpectedly overnight and all the schools closed and the college where I work opened two hours late. Ah, Tennessee.

that sucks about your book. It will find another life somewhere else, I am sure of it. (You could always post it as an online serial if nothing else :))
I might toss it out there to a small epublisher and see how it does. I really haven't sent it very many places. On the other hand, it's totally unlike my current style, so I don't know whether to bother with it anyway.
Bummer.
To be honest, I'm a little bit relieved. I think that one just needs to stay a trunk novel.
I hate killing markets. I've done in at least one or two in the last year. Sorry to hear about it.
"it's totally unlike my current style"
Maybe you should publish under a pseudonym then? Once you're famous, claim all the glory...
Hmm... there's a thought. I like making up pseudonyms! Do you think Easter Dogwood is too over the top?
How about Lily VonSellerbest
I think it might be too subtle. :p
