Good books make life worth living

I just finished reading Lisa Shearin's The Trouble with Demons. Lots of fun! I downloaded it yesterday morning to my ereader, after a duh moment while I was getting ready for work--the book was released yesterday, but the day starts early and I didn't actually have to wait until I got off work to buy it. So yay for my Sony reader yet again! And yay for good books!

Now it's about 8pm, I'm off work tomorrow, and I just got paid. Life is good.

Yay for books! Yay for Sony!

(wouldn't Scron make an interesting Fantasy character name...it's my word verification)

Well, that works, too. :)

BT--they're being really stupid by not releasing it everywhere, if you ask me.

Aaron--Scron the Warrior!

Jameson--Lol!

You read so fast. :)

very stupid - it's enough to make me start acting like a spoiled brat and stamp my foot while placing a large pout on my face - which is just wrong.

I swear, they drop the price another hundred dollars and I am going to pinch my pennies to get an e-reader. Just for reading online magazines.

Cate--I'm too fast, actually. I miss details. That's why I reread books so often.

BT--Wrong? But I do that all the time! :)

Jamie--I haven't even tried reading online magazines on it. I'm not sure it's possible with the Sony, but the Kindle has a browser and wifi installed. Give it another year or two at the outside, I think, and they'll probably start to drop in price drastically.

With the sony you can download pdf files into it directly. The Kindle has a run-about method to do it.

Oh, okay, I did know about the pdf files. It's a really nice feature, although it does make the print tiny. I need to experiment to see if starting with a larger font makes it more readable on the Sony.
