I just finished the day's 2,000 words on Bell-Men. I'm now 72,545 words in, which is a little over 10,000 words this week. That's a lot more than I thought I'd written, so I'm pretty pleased.
Tomorrow is a 10k day, which LMEighmy turned me onto. I have tomorrow off work since it's an ordinary Thursday, and I'm going to write as much as I can. I don't know if I can hit 10,000 words, but I'd be thrilled with just 5,000. I'm close enough to the end of Bell-Men that I think I can finish this week.
Let me say that again, because it's awesome to be able to write it: I THINK I CAN FINISH WRITING BELL-MEN THIS WEEK! Thank goodness!

Wow! If this is what you do in October, I'm almost afraid to see what you during Nano.
I'll probably write 1,500 words in November and give up. :)
Man. Smoking. Still enjoying Bell Men? I hope, 'cause I really want to read this one.
You rock October : )
What's on the plate for nano? Still Tiger?
What a killer month...and were only half way!
Such progress is astounding. Hoping today goes well for you. Now, get off the internet and get back to work. ;)
Didn't you only just start writing it? ;) I for one can't wait to read it.
Aaron--I think it's pretty good, although I could be deluding myself. There are big chunks of it I haven't read after I dashed the words down.
Natalie--October has been berry good to me so far. :)
Lertulo--I think so, mostly because Tiger is more or less mentally plotted out, fairly simple, and is going to bug me until I write it.
Alan--Once I finish Bell-Men, that's it for the October word count. I plan to start reading immediately and only stop for Nano. :)
Jamie--Awww, I just got on the internet! Um, and I just got out of bed. I'm not doing too well so far, huh?
Cate--Yeah, this one's gone really fast. I love it when that happens.
