What the hell, California Pizza Kitchen?

Seriously, what the hell is this? I open up the pizza and it's, like, maybe a cup and a half of shredded cheese and spinach that isn't even stuck to the dough, and it's sliding all over the place and half of it falls off when I open the plastic packaging. I had to add my own cheese to make it pizza-like instead of like a piece of toast with a sprinkling of cheese.

So California Pizza Kitchen can kiss my ass. Also, did I mention I have a camera now?

D.I.Y Pizza Kit maybe K.C. Glad to know you have a camera. Hope to see more picts from you in the future.

My very best wishes my dear friend.

Definitely DIY. It didn't help that I burnt it a little when I cooked it.

I have awful luck with frozen pizzas. Burnt on the edges and frozen in the middle, or worse.

I'd do better with frozen pizzas if my oven wasn't such a piece of crap. Although starting with this particular pizza just guaranteed a poor meal experience.

Hi K.C.,

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with our California Pizza Kitchen White frozen pizza. You’ll be glad to know that we’re working on some product improvements right now that should stop the toppings from shifting in transit in the future. The improved varieties will hit shelves starting March 11th. Look for the “Our Best Recipe Yet, now with garlic crème fraiche sauce!” seal on pack. But in the meantime, we’d like to try and make this right for you. So, we’d ask that you call our Customer Service team at 1-888-749-9201. They are available to chat from 8 am – 8pm EST, Monday – Friday. One of the nice people there should be able to help you on the pizza front and we hope that you’ll try CPK frozen pizza again. Sadly, I don’t think our Customer Service folks can help you in terms of your oven though
:( But, if it’s any consolation, we also wish you much happiness with your new feline house mate.

Adding glue to the cheese might help.

That is NOT okay. I'd make it like that and throw half the pizza out. At least you get one good side...

Ooh, I wish I'd thought to do that! If it happens again, I will. Good idea.

How funny that the Calif. Pizza Kitchen people commented. If I ever get a messed-up pizza, I hope they wish me happiness with my cats.

Yeah, that was oddly mollifying. Still not gonna buy another one of their pizzas anytime soon, though.
